Jones. Rachel Shoemaker (1871-1941) was the daughter of James Monroe
HIX and Lucinda BRAKEBILL and wife of J. D. Shoemaker. Lucy
(1911-1999) was their daughter. Rachel Jones (1825-1918) was the
sister of Lucinda Brakebill and widow of Solomon Jones.
